Kokki Djawa Tjap Tjay, Mild vegetarian dish, serves: 4 people
Ingredients:
1 bag of seasoning Kokki Jawa Tjap Tjay
500 g tofu, 500 g vegetables (carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, peppers, peas, leeks, onions, bamboo shoots)
Baking the tofu: Cut the tofu into cubes, add oil in a pan over high heat and let it be, fry the tofu until golden brown,
then get out of the oil and let it drain
Fry the spice mix in about 2 tablespoons of oil, add the sliced fried tofu.
Then add: 250 ml of water, chopped carrots, bamboo shoots, cabbage, onions, peas, mushrooms,
peppers and leeks (total 500 gr.) cook but keep it (crunchy)
