Kokki Djawa Chicken SOTO Soup, serves: 4 persons, Mild dish for chicken
Ingredients:
1 bag of seasoning Kokki Djawa No. 13 Soto
500 gr chicken
Fry the spice mix in about 2 tablespoons of oil
Add: 750 ml water, add the sliced chicken, then let the whole simmer until done with lid closed
TIP: serve the Soto soup as follows: Put into a deep dish some cooked white rice, sliced boiled egg and diced potatoes (not too soft),
some bean sprouts and sliced spring onions, scoop the soup and garnish with fried onions and chopped celery
