Kokki Djawa Sajoer Lodeh
Mild vegetable dish (vegetarian) for 4 people
Ingredients:
1 bag of seasoning Kokki Djawa Sajoer Lodeh
200 grams bamboo shoots
150 gr green beans
100 g cabbage
100 g tempeh
200 ml coconut milk
fry the spice mix in about 2 tablespoons oil
add: 650 ml water
add the sliced ??bamboo shoots, green beans, cabbage and tempeh
Add the coconut milk, bring to a boil and let the (crisp) stew cook with the lid closed
Serve with white or yellow rice
TIP: delicious together with: bali, rendang, rudjak or semoor
