Kokki Djawa Bami Goreng (Fried Noodles)
for 3 to 4 people
Ingredients:
1 sachet Kokki Djawa Bami Goreng (Fried Noodles)
250 g noodlesÇ
2 Eggs
250g fresh noodles
250 gr mixed vegetables
(A) 250 g pork or (B) 250 g chicken
Instructions:
Fry the spice mix in about 2 tablespoons oil
Add (A) 250 g pork or (B) chicken cut into small pieces and brown until done
Add the eggs and the vegetables and stir well
Add the cooked noodles and stir well, add salt, soy sauce and sambal (chilli sauce) to taste
Garnish with strips of omelette, atjar tjampoer (pickles), seroendeng and prawn crackers.
