Kokki Djawa BABI PANGANG
Mild pork dish for 4 to 5 persons
Ingredients:
1 bag of seasoning Kokki Djawa Babi Pangang
1 kg of pork (meat of the belly or neck)
mix the contents with 80 ml water
lubricate the pork with the mix and leave to marinate for a least 2 hours
brown the meat in the oven 240 degrees or with some oil in a pan about 45 minutes
to simmer, the lid of the pot slightly open to avoid braising, turn the meat frequently
Serve with white or yellow rice or noodles or nasi goreng
